The Doxit Bulk-Send function can be used to securely send large volumes of personalized letters/documents in a single batch. All documents in the batch are based on the same template, but each document can include personal information (such as name, address, account number etc.) applicable to the specific recipient. The sender can track-and-trace the delivery of every document. Recipients can sign the document (using the Doxit signing function) and even return (upload) documents (such as a copy of an ID document) securely. Bulk-Send is only available to paying customers. Step by step on how to:

When you are on the Doxit platform click on the library function and then select bulk send.

Either upload or create you personalized letter/document that you would like to send. Make sure if you create your letter where you added substitution keys to also define them.

Add a note.

Select if you would like to send a document with substitutes or without substitutes.

Enter a title for the bulk message.

 Hit send!

Import your contact list, containing the details you want to insert.

Map the recipients details to the spreadsheet that you uploaded.
