Send documents securely
Email is simply NOT a secure way to deliver documents containing sensitive information. Doxit delivers documents in line with the requirements of the South African POPI Act. The document is send via an encrypted channel to ensure confidentiality, and an OTP is use to ensure only the intended recipient receives the document. You can send files up to 100mb on Doxit. The sending function is a paid for function.
Step by step on how to:

When you are on the Doxit platform click on the upload icon and upload your documents.

Fill in the recipient's name, cell phone number and email address and click on the plus sign to add the recipient to the distribution list.

Once your document is uploaded select the ones you would like to send by clicking on the tick-box next to the document image.

Click on the RED "Send" button.
